2018 Barossa Deutsche Shiraz
Using only fruit from the gnarled old vines of our Vine Vale vineyard, the 2018 Vintage was matured for 2 years in a blend of French and American oak. Blackberries, stewed plums and mocha are apparent on the nose, backed-up on the palate by pepper spice and fine grainy tannins. Elegant, full-bodied and smooth, this wine is beautifully consistent with earlier vintages and luscious example of a Barossa Shiraz.
