About Us

All roads lead to Barossa

The Steinborner & Reynolds families met in Tokyo, Japan in the mid 1990s, with a love of wine, cars and family drawing Rebecca and David back to the Barossa in 2003. In partnership with Rebecca’s father Michael, all roads led to growing grapes and making hand-crafted, estate grown wines out on the ancient floodplain of Vine Vale under the Steinborner & Reynolds Family Vineyards label.

Vine Vale, Barossa, South Australia

Our vineyards are located in the renowned sub-region of Vine Vale, 5 kilometres from Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Angaston, on the Valley Floor. To the east are the Barossa Ranges.

The oldest Steinborner & Reynolds Family Vineyards’ vines were planted in 1912, on the ancient sand-over-clay soil profile of Vine Vale. We also proudly tend varietals that include Shiraz, Viognier, Marsanne, Durif, Semillon and Cabernet.

We produce single vineyard, limited release wines and tell stories of our favourite place - The Barossa.

We are inspired by its beautiful landscape, the heritage that continues to influence the culture of the region, and by the people who hail from across the globe and whose influence is integral to our Barossa today.

We live in a world that is more connected than ever before and it is our hope that our wines will bring the flavours of the Barossa to family, friends and discerning food and wine lovers worldwide.
