After the success of the limited release Sparkling Viognier and Sparkling Shiraz, we have produced "The Consort" Cuvee Speciale. We have used a special blend of our estate grown Semillon and Marsanne, and after tank fermentation have applied a fine bead.

The Consort is a well balanced, fruit driven sparkling wine that has been designed for both special occassions and to accompany a wide range of food and cuisine styles. A light, refreshing wine, The Consort lends itself particularly well to spicy seafood dishes.  It has an aroma of peach blossum with a smooth, sweet pear, fruity taste and is simply Chic, Cheeky and Seductive!
